As well as subcontracting various of the trades required on a project (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, drywall, rough framing, structural metals, etc.), JHF has a regular staff of carpenters, laborers, and cement finishers, who are capable of performing excavation, grading, foundations, framing, and finish carpentry work.

When a client desires to maximize the opportunities for small local businesses, JHF seeks local subcontractors to perform as much of the work as possible. When local hiring is required, J.H.
